What makes us qualified? Our team's extensive background and expertise in both healthcare and education inform what we offer to you. We prioritize evidence-based materials and avoid shame-based content. Why? Because through our professional experience, education, review of research, and genuine conversations with human beings—we know resources that don't have those characteristics are less effective or don't work for most people.

Why have this? So you can take what you need, however you may be feeling— because we care about you. And also, because being online can be full of stress. Aren't you tired of that? Because we sure are. To be brutally honest, the internet—especially social media sites—kind of...sucks. Interactions can quickly become toxic. Scrolling can, quite literally, be addictive. And our brains are handed massive amounts of (often negative) information that they weren't, and still aren't, built to absorb. We were made to process the stresses of a local community, not that of the entire world (evolution is good, but not as speedy as the access the internet has created). So take from us what aligns most with you—and hopefully you'll find yourself feeling a bit lighter and breathing more easily.
