By using the site, we expect that users will respect the dignity of other users by not harassing, degrading, and threatening harm or violence towards them. Doing so will lead to termination of your account and removal from the HereWithYou site.

Verbal or written threats of harm, assault, or stalking. This includes threats/harm of a physical-, sexual-, emotional-, or mental nature

Sexual or vulgar words or actions, directly or indirectly targeted towards a person or group.

There are areas on this site that are accessible only to those that hold an account and are members of HereWithYou. These areas are set with that privacy intentionally, to protect everyone’s privacy and their right to that privacy. You have the option of making your profile ‘public’; however, it is against our policies to share any other user’s personal information or profile when it is not listed as ‘public’. This also includes members that are part of a Group or Forum. Doing so will lead to termination -and- banning of the offending user’s account from the HereWithYou site.

HereWithYou is a sex-positive, all-sexuality inclusive website, and values conversation and encourages engagement around topics related to sex and sexuality. However, because the site is for all cultural backgrounds and ages (including people <18 years of age), the direct or indirect posting of sexually explicit content is strictly prohibited.

There is a zero tolerance policy for links, references, hints, suggestions, advertisements, narrations, descriptions (i.e., smut), or posting of any media types (images, videos, GIFs, audio files, etc.) of a sexually explicit/implicit nature. This includes links/media of promotional or paid content premium sites (i.e., OnlyFans, Telegram, etc.).

We understand that nudity can be shared for many reasons–such as a form of protest, for educational or medical reasons, or to raise awareness about a cause. Therefore, we do allow limited exceptions in which certain censored content is allowed to be posted: see ‘Sexually-Explicit/Implicit Content Definition’ and ‘Allowed Media’ In our Community Standards for further details and explanations.
