Well-known as part of the "Fab Five" from Queer Eye and Gay of Thrones, we love JVN for their origin story, but like also, this Queen is doing and giving us even more to love every single day. A hairstylist by trade, JVN has blossomed even further as an entertainer, author, comedian, and internet personality. A non-binary storyteller, Jonathan seeks to makes this world a more equitable place that celebrates authenticity and the uniqueness each of us brings to it. They've authored numerous New York Times Bestsellers, including Over the Top: My Story and Love that Story: Observations from a Gorgeously Queer Life; written children's books that include Gorgeously Me, Peanut Goes for the Gold; and co-authored Let Them Stare alongside Julie Murphy. But JVN's storytelling and inquisitiveness doesn't stop there: they're also the host of the podcast Getting Better with Jonathan Van Ness. An adaptation of JVN's original Getting Curious, Getting Better explores topics and conversations with experts + leaders in their fields, as well as friends, to help us better understand how we can use our curiosity for personal growth and joy.

Phew, take a breath—because we're not done yet, hunny. JVN's comedy specials include their debut, Fun and Slutty, and they're expanding on their experience of queer joy with their Hot and Healed with Jonathan Van Ness tour. Oh, and did we mention they've also started a sustainable haircare brand, JVN Hair?! Talk about a multi-hyphenate.
