Nikki Hiltz
Athlete, Olympian, American Record Holder
Nikki Hiltz (they/them) is a middle-distance and professional runner, who in addition to competing in the 2024 Paris Olympics (after earning 7 NCAA All-American honors as a collegiate athlete), is a fierce advocate for the LGBTQIA+ community. Identifying as transgender & nonbinary, Nikki’s vulnerability and visibility is part of their advocacy; believing that both of these things are essential in creating social change and acceptance. They have sparked long-needed conversation about inclusivity and representation in sports, and they do so with a quiet confidence, humility, and powerful finesse. Off the track, Nikki also organizes an annual Pride 5k event as a “safe space for people to show up for themselves”.
